Eurotek - Past, Present & Future
Eurotek began its journey in the United Kingdom as Henderson Racing Ltd originally established in 2007 with the goal of winning the British National Championships, Welsh Championships and other regional/major titles with drivers from the Cadet (MINI) class up to KZ2. As regional dealers for Gillard Racing Karts, CRG Racing Karts and the Exprit OTK chassis, over a six year period, the team clocked up 4 Welsh Championships, 9 Celtic Championships, 3 Midland Championships, 6 Club Championships,4 National Round Wins, 3rd in the British Championships and 2nd in Formula Kart Stars.
The team was selected to work directly with the Gillard Racing Karts factory to develop a brand new chassis to rival the Tony Kart Racer, and the Gillard TG14 was born as the challenger to the all conquering OTK machine. Finishing in the top 5 of the British Championships for the next three years running and clinching the British Open Title with John Stewart all using the Gillard TG14 along with increased global success, the project is certainly one of our proudest accolades.
The team later went on to manage and run the Coles Racing Junior Team across the UK and Europe in tandem with our racing commitments.
A move to Perth, Australia and after a few seasons working with the Kostecki Brothers Racing supercar team, Henderson Racing was reborn in 2019 as Eurotek and WA distributors for the world-leading Tony Kart and Ricciardo kart brands. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, our focus has been with state-level racing but as restrictions ease, we push to achieve our goal of taking an Australian driver to the IAME World Finals or ROK Cup and become World Champions!!!
In 2022, Eurotek acquired the invaluable Intrepid Kart brand by becoming Australia’s sole importer for the Italian manufacturer which has proven its racing pedigree over the years with multiple World and European championships and providing a stepping stone for young drivers on their way to F1; Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, George Russell, Alex Albon & Yuki Tsunoda are just a few from the recent grid.
Daryl Henderson
An insight into myself and my passion for motorsport. I was born into a family of motorsport involving mostly Tarmac Rallying across the UK, which developed into a personal passion of Kart Racing in 2005. While Kart Racing dominated most of my personal life, I completed a University degree in Business Management, and independently moved to Australia in 2014 to work in the V8 Supercars series.
For 3 years I worked for the Kostecki Brothers Racing as team manager, race preparation mechanic including sub-assembly maintenance and servicing.
As a new challenge outside of the motorsport bubble, in 2017 I moved into the ATM and Cash handling industry as the WA Operations Manager for Star Payment Systems.
In 2019 I looked to further develop my opportunities returning to University at Curtin (Western Australia) in the Taxation and Accounting field while continuing in the ATM and Cash Handling industry and re-branding the karting race team as Eurotek to focus on developing our drivers and winning every race we enter.

Intrepid Driver Program is the division of Intrepid Group dedicated to racing management and driver scouting. The program provides a launch pad that allows the most promising young drivers to reach the most tantalising goals on the international motorsport scene. Past drivers include: Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, George Russel, Alex Albon, Jules Bianchi, Yuki Tsunoda, Sebastian Buemi and Simona de Silvestro to name a few, these talented drivers all come to call Intrepid home.

The OTK Kart Group is renowned globally as the market leading manufacture for Kart Chassis and Kart Components of the highest and best quality with robot welded chassis and magnesium components ensuring maximum consistency, accuracy while minimising weight. The OTK Kart Group offers a complete range of Kart Chassis for drivers from 7 years of age to the mature adult along with their Vortex Powertrain to complete the finished product.
The 2024 range offers the most refined evolution of the Kart Range with updated components and a new chassis design for the Junior chassis developed by the Tony Kart Racing Team.
